Capacity Enhancement and Precision Assurance: Scalable Delivery Enabled by Our Proprietary Six-Axis Joint Calibration System
To meet growing market demand and ensure reliable delivery, Plando Technology has established a stable and scalable production layout, currently covering over 3,000 m², with an additional 1,000 m² of dedicated facilities. At full capacity, we can produce 300,000 joint torque sensors and 50,000 end-effector six-axis force/torque sensors annually, ensuring timely and dependable supply.

Our production stability is supported by high-standard quality assurance. We have developed a proprietary six-axis integrated calibration system, integrating spatial optical positioning, load-displacement compensation, nonlinear interference correction, and mechatronic integration. This system enables precise calibration of forces and torques in all directions, ensuring high-precision testing and measurement.

Key advantages include:
Forward and reverse calibration for all six components
Simultaneous orthogonal loading, accurately simulating spatial force vectors
Evaluation of nonlinear interference under multi-dimensional loads to improve sensor accuracy
Mathematical modeling with nonlinear interference decoupling algorithms to ensure product consistency and reliability
With our expanded production capacity and industry-leading calibration technology, Plando Technology provides reliable, high-precision force sensors and fully supports our partners in business growth and technological innovation.
